SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed within 3 business days from when the order was received. Shipping may take between 3-8 business days. If it has passed 10 business days and you have yet to receive your order or confirmation of shipping, please contact prickme@prickmewear.com

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. You are able to pick from various shipping options and we will always do our best to offer the most economical shipping rate available. Orders over $100 dollars will receive free shipping. Please be aware that any additional customs fees and duties incurred are the customers responsbility and may very country to country. 

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed for shipping. All orders will be processed within 3-8 business days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction but due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Sales are final!  Please be sure to check the size guide before finalizing your order. If there are any issues with the product or defects please contact us for a full refund. 

Should you happen to receive an incorrect or defective item please contact us within 7 - days of delivery. We will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost. 

Please be aware, we can only accept returns for damage product for orders placed directly through www.prickmewear.com. Your order number will be required for all returns. Product samples and free promotional product are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
